About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join SIXT's corporate sales operations. This role focuses on accelerating growth by opening doors and building long-term partnerships through outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate and qualify new business opportunities by researching and identifying key decision makers
- →Manage targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to engage priority corporate accounts
- →Liaise with decision-makers across multiple industries to understand their mobility needs
- →Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurate Salesforce data
- →Receive and schedule meetings for Account Executives that lead to closed business
- →Assist at corporate events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives to generate leads
Requirements
- ✓1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles
- ✓High school degree and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- ✓Comfortable with technology and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales engagement platforms)
- ✓Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, competitiveness, and ability to engage executives
- ✓Ability to work from our Fort Lauderdale office at least 4 days per week
