About the Role
We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to join Relatio, a technology company creating a mobile app and online platform that helps people build healthy and harmonious relationships. This role focuses on transforming our effective solutions into a cohesive growth system that impacts key metrics like user satisfaction, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- βScale and maintain the business's OKRs, keeping the team focused on important priorities
- βBuild the Product Management function at Relatio alongside the CPO
- βDevelop processes and effective interaction in cross-functional teams (content, UX/UI design, development, business analytics)
- βTake ownership of the product and drive solutions from concept to measurable results
- βBuild deep user & market research as a systematic process
- βWork on scaling the AI-driven product, where personalization and interaction quality are key values
Requirements
- βStrong product thinking influenced by Reforge, SVPG, JTBD, or other modern growth and discovery frameworks
- βExcellent analytical skills and practical experience working with data and analytics
- βExperience with product AB testing
- βHands-on experience with AI tools for both end products and process optimization
- βExcellent communication skills
- βEnglish level B2+
