About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Recruiter to join Snowball, a leading YouTube agency that helps the world's biggest brands create engaging content. This role involves building dream teams for clients by recruiting top creative talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruitment for creative roles including video producers, editors, and heads of video
- →Source candidates creatively across LinkedIn, Discord, Instagram, film schools, and niche communities
- →Evaluate portfolios with a creative director's eye, identifying unique creative sensibilities
- →Partner with leadership and clients to define role requirements and ensure exceptional talent acquisition
- →Build and maintain Snowball’s creative talent bench
- →Represent Snowball to hundreds of top creatives
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in creative, production, or media environments
- ✓Deep understanding of production, new media, and YouTube
- ✓Experience with Ashby ATS or similar systems
- ✓Ability to manage multiple client relationships and creative pipelines
- ✓Passion for culture, content, and people
