About the Role
We are looking for a Hematology Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland. This field-based position is responsible for managing all hematology accounts and developing Sobi's presence within the haematology community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Acquire relevant knowledge of the marketplace for our hematology brands
- →Identify and assess market opportunities and develop tactics
- →Share market knowledge and customer insights internally
- →Execute account plans and revise as needed
- →Analyze sales and activities, including spending
- →Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders
- →Work with DACH and local medical colleagues
- →Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Manager on commercial strategy
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of the hematology market
- ✓Experience in account management or sales in healthcare
- ✓Ability to travel for conferences and meetings
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Knowledge of Swiss healthcare system preferred
- ✓Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
