About the Role
We are looking for a Process Consultant to join Socotec Technical Consulting, a rapidly growing technical consulting entity within the Socotec group. This role involves working with industrial clients to help them reduce risks and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist industrial clients in their risk reduction efforts for assets and personnel
- →Optimize client performance in areas such as availability, productivity, maintainability, and OPEX/CAPEX optimization
- →Conduct audits of installations and organizations at client sites across France
- →Cross-reference findings with public and client data
- →Provide expert mechanical and automation advice with regulatory and normative knowledge
- →Work in project mode under the responsibility of a Project Manager
- →Contribute to commercial development by building sales approaches and proposals
- →Support client presentations
- →Proactively identify resale or development opportunities
- →Maintain rigorous communication standards with excellent oral and written skills
- →Adhere to strict QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) standards in industrial settings
- →Respect safety rules and internal Group QHSE policies
- →Identify risks and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- →Participate in internal quality and safety audits
- →Report any operational issues
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in mechanical and automation fields
- ✓Strong knowledge of regulatory and normative frameworks
- ✓Experience in industrial risk assessment and performance optimization
- ✓Ability to conduct thorough audits of installations and organizations
- ✓Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
- ✓Strong commercial development and proposal writing abilities
- ✓Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- ✓Mandatory mastery of English
- ✓Rigorous approach to QHSE standards
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Project management experience is a plus
