Requirements
- ✓7+ years in Mortgage Sales Leadership
- ✓Proven track record of managing multi-layer sales organizations
- ✓Demonstrated ability to source high-performing LOs and teams
- ✓Deep understanding of P&L management, margin management, and secondary market trends
- ✓Elite ability to translate corporate goals into actionable local sales tactics
