About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead sales efforts for SoFi's Big Business Banking (BBB) platform, targeting enterprises at the intersection of technology, payments, and digital assets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding SoFi's market presence in key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

→Prospect and qualify leads from sectors such as e-commerce, marketplaces, social media, digital services, banks, software, and digital assets
→Conduct virtual product demonstrations and pitches highlighting product features
→Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
→Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly revenue targets
→Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to tailor solutions
→Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies

Requirements

✓Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in financial services, payments, or technology sectors
✓Demonstrated success in closing large deals with revenue targets exceeding $1 million annually
✓Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, including OCC regulations and compliance in digital assets
✓Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics
✓Experience targeting and selling to diverse customer segments
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual pitches, negotiations, and relationship-building
