About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on strategic insights and analytics to drive decision-making across our Home Lending Sales business unit. This role will involve leveraging data to optimize business performance, drive sales growth and efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and support the overall goals of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales and operational data to inform strategic decisions.
- →Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of sales initiatives.
- →Partner with teams across Marketing, Incentive, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- →Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing actionable insights from data analyses.
- →Drive top-line growth through optimization of pricing strategies, marketing approaches, and sales practices.
- →Forecast capacity and hiring to ensure profitability during high growth phase.
- →Collaborate with risk management teams to develop analytics frameworks that address and mitigate operational risks.
- →Analyze customer feedback and loan officer performance metrics to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- ✓8+ years of relevant experience leveraging data-driven analysis to influence key decisions.
- ✓Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a financial services environment.
- ✓Direct Home Lending (Mortgage and Home Equity) Sales strategy & analytics experience strongly preferred.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau), database querying tools (SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Python), and statistical analysis software.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- ✓Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
