We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Home Lending Sales division. This high-impact leadership role will drive data strategy and help shape our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive advanced predictive insights by developing models to identify 'likely to transact' cohorts
- →Establish data governance and integrity by defining 'Single Source of Truth' datasets
- →Serve as a technical data leader, mentoring team members and disseminating best practices
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies
Requirements
- ✓Master's degree or above in quantitative fields (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- ✓8+ years of relevant experience in data-driven analysis
- ✓Strong programming skills in SQL and Python
- ✓Experience with data visualizations like Tableau
- ✓Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and deployment experience
- ✓Effective communication and presentation skills
