About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Sola, a fast-growing startup that invented a weather data-driven wind/hail policy for home insurance. You'll own recruiting across business, sales, marketing, technical, and operational roles, partnering with founders and leadership to build scalable hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously
- →Partner with leadership to define role scorecards and success profiles
- →Source proactively and creatively to attract high-quality candidates
- →Run structured interview processes that respect candidates' time
- →Build and refine recruiting systems, workflows, and reporting
- →Elevate candidate experience to reflect Sola's standards
- →Contribute to employer branding as we grow our reputation
- →Track and improve key recruiting metrics
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house
- ✓Proficient with modern recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Experience hiring across multiple functions, startup experience preferred
- ✓Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-quality talent
- ✓Strong judgment in assessing people beyond their resume
- ✓Ability to operate autonomously while maintaining rigor
- ✓Clear communicator who can influence hiring managers
- ✓Experience building or improving recruiting processes
- ✓Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
