The Datacentric Sales Unit is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support their international sales team. This role involves managing contracts, forecasts, and CRM maintenance while providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide administrative support to the sales team
- →Manage contract volume and amendments
- →Initiate correct activations and maintain accurate forecasts
- →Support sales team with pricing preparation and quotes
- →Prepare paper contracts and coordinate legal approvals
- →Communicate directly with clients and internal departments
- →Maintain CRM system and client database
- →Provide basic sales-oriented technical support
Requirements
- ✓Undergraduate degree in business management or related field
- ✓2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- ✓Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Collaborative team player with excellent follow-through
- ✓Flexible and able to work under pressure
- ✓Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- ✓Knowledge of sports and technology is a plus
