About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our Insights Pod within the Revenue Intelligence function at Spring Health. This role will lead key reporting focused on the Revenue Organization's performance and work with stakeholders to set goals and identify performance patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage recurring Revenue Organization reports including Board Decks, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
- →Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue team performance
- →Partner with the Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency
- →Proactively assess trends and gaps in data to provide actionable recommendations
- →Serve as a subject matter expert on Revenue Organization data for key partners
Requirements
- ✓Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, math, or quantitative analysis
- ✓3+ years of experience in operations or analyst roles
- ✓Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel and Looker
- ✓Familiarity with GTM metrics like Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, and Quota Attainment
- ✓Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly reports and dashboards
- ✓Ability to construct analytical models from scratch
- ✓Strong judgment in making assumptions when data is incomplete
- ✓Skill in identifying data inconsistencies and investigating root causes
- ✓Ability to summarize complex data findings concisely
