About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team at Statista, the world's leading business data platform. This role will support our global operations by handling administrative HR tasks and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR matters within a defined scope
- βCreate employment certificates
- βMaintain personnel master data in Personio, including contract adjustments, parental leave applications, sabbaticals, terminations, and onboarding of new starters
- βApprove and manage special leave and change requests
- βManage the sick leave process and communicate with employees regarding sick notes
- βProcess and coordinate the People Operations incoming mail
- βSupport People Operations Managers with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Requirements
- βStructured work approach and attention to detail
- βClear, empathetic communication and high service orientation toward employees and managers
- βProactive mindset and focus on teamwork
- βProficient knowledge of German and English
