About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join the Repeats team at iwoca. This role focuses on developing machine learning models and statistical analyses to optimize lending product strategy for recurring customers.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and implement experiments to compare different strategies and evaluate their performance
- βDevelop and maintain monitoring and data pipelines for existing customers' user journey
- βLead the transition from rule-based policies to machine learning approaches
- βShare findings and modeling with the wider business to impact strategy
- βPromote analytical rigor within the team
