About the Role
We are looking for a Grower Account Executive to join Stripe's SMB sales team in Europe. This role focuses on driving Stripe's growth by helping businesses understand and integrate Stripe products to optimize their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Directly manage and cultivate a named account list while crafting comprehensive account plans aimed at winning and expanding business with high growth SMBs.
- →Understand users' pain points and our value to SMB clients, proposing tailored solutions that consult on their long-term growth.
- →Bring clients through complex evaluations of Stripe’s solutions, working with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Operations) to successfully follow new projects through to activation and adoption.
- →Foster relationships with executive stakeholders and represent Stripe in the local ecosystem to help us grow our footprint and mindshare.
- →Work with other cross-functional teams on shared initiatives to drive internal efficiency and broader business impact.
- →Manage and expand relationships within a named list of Existing User accounts, driving upsell and client retention at scale.
- →Develop and execute strategic programs for deepening product adoption and maximizing effective utilisation among our current user base.
- →Contribute to our GTM priority to expand the base and optimize our renewals motion.
- →Foster executive relationships with stakeholders at existing clients to ensure maximum client retention and identify significant expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- ✓2-3 full year experience in solution sales field with deals closed and onboarded successfully
- ✓Experience in sales with Startup users, Small or Mid-sized businesses
- ✓Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
- ✓Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- ✓Open to travel and attend industry events
- ✓Fluency in German
