About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst to join Stripe's Global Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role involves supporting a rapidly scaling sales organization by providing insights, analysis, and strategic initiatives to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
- →Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized
- →Deep dive into key performance metrics to understand business performance
- →Solve complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics, and insight
- →Identify new opportunities and productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership
- →Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches and business planning
- →Run analysis on key performance metrics, providing insights for managing the business
- →Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools
- →Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics
- →Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment
- ✓Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
- ✓Proficiency in BI visualization tools like Tableau
- ✓Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving business problems
- ✓Experience working with data and large data sets to identify trends and create insights
- ✓Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
- ✓Ability to work well with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
