About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join Stripe's People Solutions team. This role focuses on designing and implementing technology solutions to enhance the employee experience at Stripe.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with stakeholders across organizations to develop a deep understanding of their strategic priorities and employee experience goals
→Set and execute multi-quarter roadmaps for technology stack changes and enhancements
→Drive discovery, planning, and development of systems solutions across infrastructure
→Conduct vendor analysis and make build or buy recommendations based on industry expertise
→Work cross-functionally with engineers and designers to translate requirements into technical design
→Create and present project content, facilitate working sessions, and communicate product strategy
→Leverage data and storytelling to support decision-making and monitor solution adoption

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in product development, technical program management, internal systems design, HR or Business Analysis
✓AI/LLM fluency with practical experience using LLM-based tools
✓Experience working in high-growth and/or technology companies
✓Ability to understand and map out system agnostic business requirements
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
✓Experience working with complex, interconnected systems
✓Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues
✓Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic situations
✓Expertise in managing and drawing insights from data
