About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at SugarCRM. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewals and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
→Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, including contract renewals and retention strategies
→Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios
→Use client data and analytics to track account health and tailor strategies that maximize customer success
→Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs
→Act as the voice of the customer within the company, gathering feedback and communicating customer needs

Requirements

✓2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles in a SaaS B2B environment
✓Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships and work in a consultative manner
✓Success in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and driving revenue growth
✓Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
✓Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
✓Team collaboration skills to ensure clients receive a seamless experience
