About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at SugarCRM. This role focuses on serving as the primary point of contact for customers, taking ownership of their experience from onboarding through renewals and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts
- →Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, including ensuring timely contract renewals
- →Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing client portfolios
- →Use client data and analytics to track account health and tailor strategies
- →Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs
- →Ensure that clients' voice is heard within SugarCRM
Requirements
- ✓4-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles
- ✓Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- ✓Success in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- ✓Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and business metrics
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- ✓Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- ✓Experience with CRM, Marketing or Customer Experience technology
