About the Role
SuperAnnotate is seeking a Senior Growth Manager - AI Marketplace to design and run the growth and operating system for sourcing, qualifying, and activating large-scale contractor workforces. This role focuses on scaling talent acquisition as a growth and marketplace problem, ensuring rapid scaling while maintaining quality and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the global talent acquisition funnel end-to-end, including channel strategy, acquisition experiments, conversion metrics, and activation flows
- →Diagnose issues quickly using data and propose clear fixes, tradeoffs, and experiments
- →Design, test, and iterate on growth strategies to support rapid ramp needs while maintaining quality and cost targets
- →Develop and manage a strong partner ecosystem to scale acquisition, screening, and onboarding efficiently
- →Standardize and automate processes wherever possible, partnering with internal product/engineering teams
- →Create growth dashboards and operating cadences that keep leadership aligned on supply, risk, quality, conversion, and readiness
- →Partner closely with Delivery Ops, Product, and Customer Success to forecast workforce demand and ensure smooth activation
- →Lead and mentor a lean, high-output team with a focus on leverage, experimentation velocity, and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in growth marketing, growth operations, marketplace growth, BizOps, or operations roles with direct funnel ownership
- ✓Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end acquisition and activation funnels in high-volume environments
- ✓Strong analytical toolkit including funnel analysis, KPI design, ROI/cost modeling, and experimentation mindset
- ✓Proven ability to find leverage, eliminate manual work, introduce automation, and build repeatable systems that scale
- ✓Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous environments
- ✓High agency, fast learner, and comfortable owning solutions end-to-end
- ✓Availability to work primarily in EST hours
