About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally driven Business Development Representative to drive Synthflow AI’s expansion into complex enterprise organizations across Europe. This role involves shaping our European enterprise motion and working closely with Enterprise Account Executives to generate executive-level conversations that evolve into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategically identify and prioritize enterprise accounts across a defined European territory
- →Conduct deep account research to uncover AI initiatives and executive priorities
- →Map multi-threaded buying committees across business, IT, and operations stakeholders
- →Generate and own high-quality outbound pipeline through multi-channel outreach
- →Penetrate complex organizations by crafting tailored messaging aligned to enterprise-level ROI
- →Partner with Enterprise AEs to develop territory plans and coordinate account strategies
- →Contribute to Synthflow’s EU outbound playbook by testing messaging and market hypotheses
- →Act as an early signal provider for regional trends and competitive insights
Requirements
- ✓1 to 3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound-focused role within B2B SaaS
- ✓Exposure to mid-market or enterprise-level selling environments
- ✓Ability to engage senior stakeholders with professionalism and confidence
- ✓Strong research capability and intellectual curiosity around AI and automation
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
- ✓Grit, resilience, and a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- ✓Fluency in German & English
