The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will support the Solve team by identifying and validating candidate profiles for onsite TA's across multiple accounts. This role involves developing talent and market intelligence reports and utilizing various sourcing techniques to find technology-oriented candidates in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for delivery of validated candidates’ profiles for technology roles in the Asia Pacific region
- →Creative sourcing of candidates using database searching, online search techniques, and identifying new channels
- →Engage in early screening calls with candidates to assess validity and potential fit
- →Take ownership of resurfacing candidates in Bullhorn
- →Write and publish job advertisements
- →Write and submit candidate briefs to TA’s
- →Nurture candidates within relevant communities to build long-term pipeline
- →Utilize AI to maximize value and output
- →Attend client and/or TA Partner briefings
- →Provide regular status updates for TA Partners
- →Create market reports on Talent flow and availability
- →Create market maps specific to key clients
- →Ensure accurate recording of candidate interaction data
