About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join the Solve by Talent team in the Philippines. This role supports Talent International’s agency recruitment teams across multiple global regions, focusing on technology and transformation roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively source technology and transformation talent across global markets
- →Deliver validated, high-quality candidate profiles ready for submission
- →Conduct screening calls to assess capability, motivation and market alignment
- →Write structured, commercial candidate briefs for agency recruiters
- →Resurface and leverage existing talent pools within Bullhorn
- →Utilise advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and talent communities
- →Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and urgency
- →Build long-term talent pipelines aligned to key verticals
- →Create market maps and talent intelligence insights to support delivery
- →Maintain accurate data and compliance within ATS systems
- →Leverage AI tools to maximise efficiency and output
