About the Role

The Business Operations Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Taskrabbit’s automated enforcement tool, bridging the gap between company policy and technical execution. This role is essential for maintaining marketplace quality and driving revenue growth by spearheading gray market reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the technical implementation of policies within the Business Rules Engine (BRE)
→Analyze and track policy enforcement, developing frameworks and dashboards
→Drive direct revenue growth by identifying and reducing off-platform transactions
→Design and execute experimental frameworks to test new marketplace rules
→Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
→Operationalize marketplace integrity by mapping complex policy workflows
→Define and monitor KPIs related to policy compliance and revenue leakage
→Serve as the primary stakeholder for BRE health

Requirements

✓BS/MS in economics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent analytical experience
✓2-4 years using analytics to drive business decisions
✓Experience building data visualizations
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Experience with SQL and large volumes of data
✓Attention to detail and quality
✓Experience translating technical topics to non-technical audiences
✓Ownership mindset
