About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager to help drive and execute multidisciplinary space demonstrations and projects for The Exploration Company. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strategic foresight and the ability to scale operations in a rapidly growing space sector in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage all project aspects from initiation to completion
- →Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements
- →Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- →Act as point of contact for partners involved in the projects
- →Coordinate cross-functional technical teams working on the project
- →Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively
- →Lead the planning and coordination of the initial test site setup
Requirements
- ✓Proven work experience of more than 10 years in the aerospace industry
- ✓Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience
- ✓End-to-end experience at vehicle/spacecraft level and at technology level
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience in proposal development and pre-sales support
- ✓Proven track record of successful project delivery
