About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager fluent in French and English to join a fast-growing company in the automotive and logistics space. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution and operational coordination, managing leads from first contact to closing while ensuring smooth execution of deals.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through closing
→Structure outreach, manage follow-ups, negotiate terms, and drive conversions
→Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key accounts
→Build long-term relationships through structured communication and reliability
→Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking
→Work closely with operations teams, carriers, and partners to align expectations
→Take ownership of ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks

Requirements

✓Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments
✓Strong ability to independently manage and close leads
✓Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
✓Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills and a focus on revenue growth
✓Excellent communication skills across phone and written channels
✓Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in a remote environment
✓Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership
✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style business
