About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive Manager to join Nielsen’s Audience Measurement Mid Market Sales team in Indonesia. This is a key role focused on driving business development and fostering relationships with media partners including agencies, broadcasters, publishers, platforms, and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- →Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to generate pipeline
- →Identify, qualify, prospect, and develop new client relationships to generate new sales opportunities
- →Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers by identifying opportunities for additional products or services
- →Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiating and closing contracts
- →Prepare and deliver contract proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales
- →Answer client questions regarding product updates and information effectively and timely
- →Consistently meet revenue targets and activity KPIs
- →Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
- →Develop a solid understanding of Nielsen products and services to effectively position them to potential customers
- →Leverage CRM and other tech tools to track, execute, and manage sales activities
- →Collaborate with other vertical Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in business development and sales within the media or advertising industry
- ✓Strong understanding of audience measurement and research methodologies
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to develop complex go-to-market plans and strategic partnerships
- ✓Experience working with CRM and sales technology tools
- ✓Strong communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work in a matrixed structure and collaborate across multiple teams
