About the Role
We are seeking a New Business Development Manager to join Nielsen Sports in Cologne. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic account development across German, Swiss, Austrian, and Eastern European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead generation and prospecting to identify new potential clients and growth opportunities
- →Strategic sales across the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing C-level deals
- →Accountable for sales and profitability targets for a defined client cluster
- →Planning and executing high-impact sales pitches and customer meetings
- →Building and maintaining professional networks and customer relationships
- →Collaborating on sales strategy development and implementation
- →Developing existing customers through cross- and up-selling opportunities
- →Creating compelling proposals with subject matter experts
- →Acting as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- →Coordinating project delivery across internal departments
- →Maintaining product knowledge across the service suite
- →Ensuring team alignment and knowledge exchange within the Sales & Commercial team
- →Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, and business events
Requirements
