About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join The Scion Group. This role will own the product roadmap for Scion’s proprietary decision science platform, Scion Intelligence, and oversee the full product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for Scion Intelligence aligned with Scion’s strategic goals.
- →Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- →Translate complex business problems into well-scoped product initiatives
- →Own the product backlog, develop wireframes, write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- →Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value
- →Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
- →Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders
- →Gather and synthesize feedback from users across various departments
- →Present product updates, trade-offs, and outcomes to senior leadership
- →Define success metrics and KPIs for Scion Intelligence
- →Use data to evaluate product performance, inform prioritization, and guide continuous improvement
- →Advocate for intuitive, user-centered design across all product experiences
- →Ensure product solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical best practices
Requirements
- ✓3–7+ years of experience in product management for technology or data-driven products
- ✓Proven experience working with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- ✓Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or quantitative field
