About the Role
We are looking for a Coordinator to join Thyme Care, a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler. This role will guide candidates through the interview process and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Get to know and own the recruiting process, ensuring all steps are planned and coordinated
- →Develop mutually beneficial candidate and stakeholder relationships
- →Improve and streamline critical processes across the recruiting function
- →Help build recruiting reports to keep the team aware of activity pipelines
- →Own relationships with internal partners to share employee stories with the market
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of coordination experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- ✓Succeeded in an environment with shifting priorities by being detail-oriented and highly organized
- ✓Experience with a modern ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- ✓Prior experience with online collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience interacting with executives
