About the Role
Tide is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing customer communications, ensuring accurate use of sales technologies like CRM, and supporting customers through their digital journey to secure the funds they require.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage inbound communications from customers
- →Ensure sales technologies like CRM are used accurately for effective data collation and reporting
- →Proactively contact prospective customers exploring finance options
- →Support all customers through their digital journey
- →Provide deal assistance by working with lenders
- →Pitch lending products on behalf of our panel of lenders
- →Maintain accurate information on prospects in Salesforce
- →Monitor trends and anticipate needs to identify quality businesses
Requirements
