About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team at Tide, a company that helps SMEs save time and money through business accounts and administrative solutions. This role involves working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and short- and long-term financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- →Create, maintain, and enhance financial models to support multiple business scenarios and strategic initiatives.
- →Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and report trends to stakeholders.
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to provide data-driven and strategic financial insights.
- →Evaluate return on investment for key initiatives and support different teams with strategic recommendations.
- →Build and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports to enable real-time performance tracking and informed decision-making.
- →Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders.
- →Handle large data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable business insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- →Identify and implement opportunities to streamline data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
Requirements
- ✓Strong command over Google Sheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (ERP/Planning tools- Tally/SAP).
- ✓Financial acumen in accounting, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
- ✓Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
- ✓Communication & Interpersonal skills to work across departments.
- ✓Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
