About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of our clients. This role involves market research, onboarding new merchants, and negotiating with payment providers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform market research for popular payment methods and ecommerce landscape
- →Search for payment providers in respective markets and contact them
- →Onboard new merchants interested in payment solutions in emerging markets
- →Analyze competitors' payment methods, flows, limits, and providers
- →Negotiate with payment providers for favorable fees and conditions
- →Attend conferences, industry events, and business trips in target markets
- →Support partner relations by testing and adding new products
- →Develop and own billing strategy with a strong vision of long-term goals
- →Make decisions to sign contracts with partners and evaluate business fit
- →Maintain formal and informal relations with existing and potential partners
Requirements
- ✓2+ years as a Business Development Manager in PSP or high-risk companies
- ✓Expert in business discussions, including C-level
- ✓Understanding of contractual relations, corporate cash flow, income, and expenses
- ✓Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, and flows
- ✓Open and ready for business trips, including prolonged ones
- ✓Advanced English level with ability to discuss business
