About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help advance a large-scale location intelligence platform. This role involves designing, prototyping, and productionizing models and heuristics that connect location patterns to real-world behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and prototype scalable algorithms
- →Assess the quality of new datasets for downstream processing
- →Create functional and technical documentation of analyses, findings, and prototypes
- →Collaborate with Engineering to productionize prototypes
- →Communicate results to teams within the organization and to customers
- →Generate and implement Machine-Learning algorithms
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Scala, Spark, Python, AB testing, Bayesian statistics, Graphical Data Structures, Functional Programming
- ✓Experience with Deep Learning, Probabilistic Graphical Models, Active Learning, Anomaly Detection, Image Classification
- ✓PhD in a quantitative field, or Master with 5+ years’ experience in a data science role
- ✓Extensive background in math or statistics
- ✓Experience owning multiple large projects/data products
