About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Agentic Workflows team at TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company. You’ll be building the next generation of AI-powered workflow automation for our SaaS B2B platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates during initiative discovery and execution.
- →Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into elegant, effective technical solutions.
- →Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become blockers — identify potential failure points, plan solutions, and weigh trade-offs thoughtfully.
- →Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- ✓5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems)
- ✓Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React
- ✓Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs within your domain and provide high-level guidance to others
- ✓Experience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver long-term plans
- ✓Strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship, with an emphasis on clarity, maintainability, and performance
- ✓Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
- ✓Experience with Gemini, LangChain, or other agentic and AI workflow technologies is a strong plus.
