About the Role
Trulioo is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. This role involves building and improving go-to-market systems that support our commercial workflows. You will manage GTM tools, design processes and automations, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our revenue engine operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with GTM teams to understand business objectives and workflow gaps
- →Document and map current-state and future-state processes
- →Administer and optimize core GTM systems including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and 6sense
- →Monitor system usage, data hygiene, and permissions
- →Own the upkeep of GTM handbooks, playbooks, and process guides
- →Support integrations, data migrations, and new tool evaluations
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or similar role
- ✓Demonstrated ability in process mapping and workflow design
- ✓Experience with GTM tools and Salesforce
- ✓Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
- ✓Experience documenting processes and creating training materials
- ✓Understanding of Salesforce data structures and operational best practices
- ✓Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Structured problem-solver with a systems mindset
