About the Role
TrustArc is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting clients with TrustArc products, particularly the Cookie Consent Manager solution, and developing strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc’s Cookie Consent Manager solution
- →Answer client inquiries via Zendesk and resolve issues efficiently
- →Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions
- →Assist clients during implementation and deployment of TrustArc products
- →Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of TrustArc products
- →Maintain organized documentation of projects and tasks
- →Utilize client-based tools for customer management and servicing
- →Contribute to product development and process documentation
- →Work in a team-based environment and escalate issues when required
- →Explore and clarify feature requests from customers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
- ✓Understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
- ✓Knowledge of technical documentation including product specs and API integrations
- ✓Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- ✓Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers
- ✓Excellent customer relationship skills at all management levels
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn products quickly
- ✓Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- ✓Strong project-management skills
