About the Role
We are looking for a Project Operations Analyst to join our team at TTEC Digital. This role is integral to supporting digital project delivery and interacting with various departments and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Completes PSA labor and expense-based project setup tasks
- →Completes PSA system contract setup tasks
- →Completes resource assignment process tasks
- →Assists project managers with financial-related setup
- →Completes project-related Month-end schedule
- →Assists with reporting, communication, and management of process compliance
- →Completes special project-related tasks, as assigned
- →Manages Delivery Survey process and reporting
- →Completes specific departmental reporting updates and evaluation of key departmental reports
- →Takes on administration of process/systems managed by the Project Operations team
Requirements
- ✓Ability to understand and communicate financial and project process concepts
- ✓Proficient with Project Accounting, Excel, Visio, and other Office products
- ✓Ability to exercise judgment within assigned procedures and practices
- ✓Ability to build strong internal and external working relationships
- ✓Demonstrate understanding of assigned processes, data, and impact to the organization
- ✓Attention to detail and thoroughness
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology

- ✓3 – 5 years of related experience
- ✓College degree or equivalent work experience
