About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Programme-Level Project Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple projects within the electrical and energy infrastructure sector. This senior role involves overseeing governance, commercial strategy, technical assurance, and stakeholder engagement for complex, high-value portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead NEC contract strategy across multiple packages, providing senior direction on contract administration, commercial strategy, change management, and dispute mitigation
- →Provide senior technical oversight on electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- →Manage senior stakeholders including client leadership, regulatory bodies, commercial partners, and multi-disciplinary teams
- →Drive programme-wide optimisation of risk, cost, and schedule
- →Shape delivery strategy, informing long-term planning, resource strategy, sequencing, and investment priorities
- →Provide commercial and governance leadership
- →Mentor senior project managers and develop team capability
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in NEC and infrastructure management
- ✓Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at executive and regulatory levels
- ✓Experience leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
- ✓Ability to oversee programme-level governance, reporting, assurance, and performance management
- ✓Expertise in contract administration, commercial strategy, and dispute mitigation
- ✓Technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure and compliance requirements
- ✓Experience managing senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
- ✓Proven ability to optimize risk, cost, and schedule across portfolios
