About the Role
We are seeking a Director - Project Management to lead a team of project management and construction professionals. This strategic leadership role ensures the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- →Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members through structured guidance and performance reviews
- →Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- →Develop and lead the overall project execution strategy, defining critical success factors and KPIs
- →Drive executive-level reporting and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- →Manage project budgets and financial performance, analyzing cost drivers and managing variations
- →Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress
- →Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations
- →Lead effective resource planning across projects to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
