About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Defence North team, supporting clients in delivering construction infrastructure projects across the North of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- βWork with clients while managing key accounts and developing new relationships
- βProvide support on major Project Management Commissions
- βManage and control commercial aspects of projects and programmes
- βManage schedules and wider elements of complex projects
- βEnsure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
- βSupport clients in transitioning to Net Zero and sustainability initiatives
- βBuild long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
Requirements
- βUK National with ability to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC)
- βExperience in Defence, Nuclear, Infrastructure or Construction background
- βProven experience with process and governance
- βNEC accreditation and proficiency in managing contracts would be advantageous
- βExperience working in a client-focused environment
- βAbility to travel and work on client sites or in offices 60% of the time
