About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Success team at UiPath. This role involves helping customers achieve business transformation through automation, guiding them in designing and building long-term business automation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform
- →Provide support for automation process discovery initiatives
- →Be a core member of the UiPath account team, accountable for technical workstreams
- →Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory
- →Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning
- →Enable customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices
- →Conduct design and code reviews for select automations
- →Perform technical health checks of customers' automation programs
- →Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and other subject matter experts
- →Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements
- →Develop and mature teams’ processes, assets, and methodologies
Requirements
- ✓A degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- ✓Minimum 7 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications
- ✓Basic understanding of networking concepts and cloud services
- ✓Relevant work experience in customer-facing technical roles
- ✓Experience with UiPath or similar automation platforms preferred
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Diplomacy and tact when working through customer issues
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
