Unframe is a fast-growing, AI-first startup building cutting-edge AI solutions with a globally distributed team. We are seeking a GTM Talent Sourcer to join our team and help identify and engage top go-to-market talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to understand GTM role requirements
- →Proactively source passive GTM candidates across various platforms
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines
- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with GTM talent
- →Track sourcing activity and pipeline data accurately
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles
- ✓Hands-on experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- ✓Strong understanding of GTM functions and early-stage team building
- ✓High proficiency in English, written and spoken
- ✓Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
