About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join UpGuard's high-performing team. This role focuses on onboarding and enabling customers to effectively use UpGuard's cyber risk posture management platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use UpGuard effectively to meet their goals
→Understand customer's business in-depth and how they are going to be successful using UpGuard
→Identify gaps and provide resources to customers, including cybersecurity collateral, onboarding success plans, and product training sessions
→Engage customers early and frequently to help them get the most out of UpGuard
→Translate customer requirements by understanding their risk management frameworks to offer tailored solutions
→Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education when needed
→Advocate for customers by providing updates to internal cross-functional partners

Requirements

✓Demonstrated track record of over 5 years in Customer Success
✓Proven experience in nurturing and cultivating robust customer relationships
✓Exemplary organizational skills, adept at enhancing existing documentation and crafting new process guides
✓Proficiency in cyber risk management or familiarity with risk management frameworks
✓Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken
✓Effective collaborator with the ability to interface across diverse internal teams
✓Highly motivated and inquisitive, with a commitment to personal and professional growth
