About the Role

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to join UpGuard's Analytics team. This role will support the Revenue team by providing strategic insights, developing self-service business intelligence, and offering operational data support. The analyst will help the organization understand performance drivers and solve complex business challenges through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate actionable insights from complex data sets that lead to commercial success
→Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across departments
→Provide robust self-service analytics capabilities and create user-friendly dashboards
→Design, construct, and maintain foundational data assets and data products
→Conduct thorough data analysis to diagnose and solve significant business challenges
→Provide ongoing operational support for commercial growth

Requirements

✓4+ years delivering Analytics solutions for Sales and Success teams in a high-growth SaaS company
✓Experience in a consulting role managing diverse projects
✓Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure (cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, dbt)
✓Exceptional business acumen to translate data into strategic insights
✓Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts
✓Highly analytical and strategic mindset
✓Experience in creating data and BI infrastructure
