About the Role
We are seeking a Manager Regulatory Compliance to oversee our UAE operations. This role requires extensive experience in banking regulatory compliance and related assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee regulatory compliance for UAE banking operations
- →Ensure adherence to CBUAE regulations and AML/CTF requirements
- →Conduct regulatory compliance assessments
- →Maintain compliance documentation and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
- ✓Minimum 8 years' experience in banking/financial institutions
- ✓5 years' experience in Regulatory Compliance or similar
- ✓2 years' experience in Audit or Legal department
- ✓In-depth knowledge of CBUAE regulations and AML/CTF regulations
- ✓Strong written and oral communication skills
- ✓Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- ✓Attention to detail
- ✓Organizing skills
- ✓Team player
