About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive, Commercial to join Veeam, the global leader in data resilience. This role focuses on developing and closing business indirectly with corporate customers through the partner sales community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and close business with defined accounts
- →Leverage partners to close sales with their end customers
- →Make cold calls to develop sales activities with new mid-market and high-segment end users
- →Upsell and cross-sell to the existing customer base
- →Maintain forecasts and account/opportunity details in Salesforce
- →Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities in the defined territory
Requirements
- ✓Direct, new business sales experience
- ✓Experience with vendors associated with Virtualization, Cloud & SaaS technology
- ✓Experience selling through channel and direct
- ✓Track record of selling to IT infrastructure specialists
- ✓Proven ability to develop new sales
- ✓Self-starter with quick learning ability
- ✓High-energy salesperson
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
- ✓Current full driving license
- ✓Business proficient language skills in German & English
