About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Veepee's commercial department. This role involves managing brands present on the BrandsPlace (VEEPEE Marketplace) and contributing to the growth of categories through business development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage brands present on BrandsPlace on a daily basis
- →Ensure the animation of the offer in line with revenue targets
- →Contribute to the growth of categories through business development
- →Create trusting relationships with brands and manage them daily
- →Improve presence and performance on the marketplace
- →Analyze brand performance in the category and report KPIs
- →Coordinate with other marketplace roles and internal departments
- →Prospect and identify new sellers
- →Act as the daily contact for all strategic, operational, and technical questions
- →Be proactive and implement initiatives to develop or optimize activities
- →Coordinate with KAM of other countries to improve performances
Requirements
- ✓Higher education in business or marketing
- ✓At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- ✓Customer service attitude and business-oriented
- ✓Organized and rigorous
- ✓Proactive and agile
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of negotiation
- ✓Fluent in German and English
- ✓Proficiency in Excel
