About the Role
Vendelux is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support and accelerate hiring efforts across the company. This role combines candidate experience, recruiting operations, and early-stage sourcing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- →Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS
- →Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles
- →Support recruiting initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, and recruiting events
- →Help analyze recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversion, candidate experience)
Requirements
- ✓1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role
- ✓Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders
- ✓Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platforms
- ✓Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn, and Juicebox
- ✓A candidate-first mindset with high attention to detail
- ✓Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
