About the Role
VideaHealth is seeking a Go To Market Recruiter to join their growing People team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the go-to-market organization, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent who align with the company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships
- →Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to define role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans
- →Build and implement hiring strategies aligned with quarterly growth goals
- →Source, attract, and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
- →Build and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, outbound email, communities, events, and targeted pipelines
- →Run structured screening and interview loops that evaluate competencies, performance history, and values alignment
- →Manage the interview process end-to-end, ensuring a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience
- →Drive offer strategy and closing in partnership with leaders
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- ✓Demonstrated success hiring for GTM roles (Sales/Marketing/CS/RevOps)
- ✓Strong sourcing and outreach skills
- ✓Confident partner to hiring managers and leaders
- ✓Data-informed and detail-oriented
- ✓Excellent communicator with a candidate-first mindset
- ✓Bonus: experience supporting broader People Ops/HR initiatives
- ✓Motivated by mission-driven work
- ✓Able to work on a hybrid schedule and commute to New York City with occasional travel to Boston
